Absolute quality and professionalism! I was seen about a week ago by the new associate Doctor, Dr. Ashley Zinser, and she was just great! My experience was pleasant! I have previously seen the main optometrist, Dr. Holly Britt, and she is absolutely great! Also, her new building is just stunning! A complete turn for the company! My needs were met perfectly and my experience with the staff was great. Definitely 5-Star worthy!

Huge selection of frames. I settled on some Hemingway glasses and I love them so much not to mention the compliments I received. Nice staff and impressive new building! Thank you Eyecare Rockwall!

My eye exam was done in late January. The salesman, Eric, pressured me to buy the model they had in their limited stock, even though I requested a wider pair. Because of the faulty exam prescription, those did not work, and in fact I was hesitant to drive while wearing them. After several weeks of struggling and failing with various glasses and the given prescription, I requested a different optometrist but was told by the salesman that this was not possible. I flagged down the owner Holly Britt who graciously offered to do the re-examination herself. It was discovered upon reexamination that the first exam was inaccurate. I was told that their first, faulty exam was most likely due to my Lasik procedure, although this had never been an issue in 30 years, and in fact the doctor herself handed me a «A+» for eye health. The salesman said he would order wider frames, but by mid-April, I had waited two weeks with no word from him. I had had enough and had very little confidence in their methods or business model. I did not receive a refund on the eye exam. However, with the help and presence of my husband, I did receive a full refund on the frames.

I am shocked and appalled at the treatment we received today for my seven year old daughter’s appointment. As an inter-racial couple, our daughter was denied service because we did not arrive 15 minutes before the appointment to fill out paperwork. This is odd for many reasons 1) my wife was not previously denied service or made to show 15 minutes for her appointment last week; 2) we had called because we were concerned that we were running late and the receptionist told us that we had a 15 minute grace period(we were 5 minutes late); and 3) after arriving the receptionist gave us the paperwork then five minutes later she came out into the reception area and told us that the doctor would not see us because we hadn’t arrived 15 minutes prior to our appointment!!! Note this policy is not written anywhere on their website nor did my wife have to follow this policy nor were we told to arrive at 3:45. For the record the appointment was at 4:00 and they don’t close until 5:30. Upon returning home we phoned for an explanation and were promptly hung up on. Obviously, we will no longer do business here.
