My experience has been that the Rockwall location has under trained, snobby and self absorbed staff. Clothes are in the almost disposable category. Fix the customer service and I bet your $$ will increase. I prefer Rue 21 if I have to chose between the two. Parking is terrible, really not customer friendly, especially when you see an employee going to their car and it is near the front and in prime parking for customers.

I chose dots, because I was looking for a nice blouse for an interview and was on a limited budget. I saw a top on their website that I liked for only $ 10.00 so I went in to purchase it. First, let me say that parking is terrible. Dots is in a shopping center and it seems the shoppers from the other stores have taken all of the spots. I finally found a spot and entered the store. I was greeted by an employee who was dressing a manequin. I noticed that the plus sizes were in the back so that’s where I went. They have a limited selection on plus sizes compared to the misses/juniors sizes. I couldn’t find the shirt I wanted so I looked for something else. The quality of the clothing is very poor. Most everything shows signs of loose threads or other deformities. I was there for nearly an hour, hoping to find something that could work for my interview on the following day. I found something I could make work but I needed to try it on. I couldn’t find an employee to unlock a fitting room. After 10 minutes of looking for help, I gave up. On my way out of the store I saw the shirt I originally wanted but it was only available in juniors sizes, which seemed to run small anyway. Yes, the clothes are cheap here, but so is the quality. I wouldn’t shop here on a regular basis. But, I guess it would be okay for some who just wanted something to lounge around in. Otherwise, you get what you pay for.
