This store gets one star because one person I talked to was wonderful. He was helpful and friendly, and made it feel like he actually wanted to make me like Sprint. The other four are taken away for every other experience that I have had in the store or with Sprint. The moment that you walk in, all you need to do is look at the manager’s face to know exactly how he’s going to treat you. He has a smug expression that he maintains through every interaction that matches his combination of incompetence and nastiness and decision to do absolutely nothing that is remotely customer service oriented. The other employees seem to mean well enough, but they really are unbelievably incapable. When you match this with Sprint’s overall poor customer service and poor service in general, it makes for a rather unpleasant experience going into the store. Can’t wait to drop Sprint, and this store has truly cemented that idea.

The best service center and hands down the friendliest and most knowledgeable sales staff I have ever encountered in a cell phone store. The wait for service can get a little long, but that is because people who buy their phones elsewhere end up coming to this location and overloading them thanks to their excellent service!
