This electrologist only knows one method unlike others that offer three types depending on your hair texture and history. Treatments are def not comfortable but my appts with her were the most painful and my skin hyper pigmented which never happened with anyone else. She works out of her home which you would think would be convenient but it’s not at all. I would rush over after work only to realize that I forgot to get the EXACT amount of cash that I needed to pay her because she doesn’t take CC or have much change to give you. And she doesn’t live anywhere near a location where you can get to an ATM. Lastly every time I called her I always got voicemail. She never is available. It makes it very obvious that this is something she does when it’s convenient for her. Not a real job. Very inconvenient!

Donna the electrolysis expert is very personable and professional. She works from home, which I like, because you get the feeling of privacy. I have long hours at work and cannot always make it to a business establishment before closing time. Her hours are flexible and she is always willing to accomodate at a time thats best for the both of us! So far so good!!!
This is a great alternative to waiting for a hair removal treatment in a busy salon which feels super embarrassing! With her I feel comfortable and it is a pleasant experience.
There is plenty of street parking outsideher home and it is a nice peaceful drive to it! Thank you Donna!
