Rude stuff. Cannot be trusted when comes to billing and estimated cost. They gave me an estimated cost of $ 900. Only after I paid, they say I owned them another $ 500 because it was only an «estimated» number. The total cost was $ 1900. My insuance covers 70%. If they cannot give the patients an estimated number, they should have said so. Instead, they gave a wrong and low number so that the patients would agree to have teeth fixed at their office. $ 500 is not even close as estimated. Of course they only told you this after you had your teeth fixed at their office, not before. Because I wouldn’t have had my teeth fixed there if I had known that I needed to pay $ 1400 out of $ 1900 at their office with my insurance. Tried to talk to them, the stuff asked me «which part of estimated you don’t understand». I would not recomend this place. If you really have to go, be very careful with the billings and numbers. Don’t trust them.

Dr. Tong is an awesome dentist. My little one chipped her tooth and we called her pediatric dentist immediately. As she did not call us back, my husband called Dr. Tong and he called back and immediately took great care of her. As this was an emergency tooth extraction with a nerve exposed, we immediately met Dr. Tong at his office and the whole procedure went smoothly. We appreciate Dr. Tong’s caring personality and how he was even able to meet us during non-​business hours. He also personally called and followed up with us the next day. It doesn’t get any better than that!

I used to not like going to the dentist much, but Dr. Tong and his staff have truly made my dental visits enjoyable and smooth. Plus they have N64, movies and TV screens in each office on the wall and on the ceiling so you can watch TV while getting your teeth cleaned. Also, in terms of major procedures, Dr. Tong is truly unmatched in his skill and dental work. He understands that dental procedures are a bit scary and gives a lot of information and walks you through what he is doing as he is doing it. Everyone on staff is super personable. I highly recommend going to Dr. Tong for your dental needs!
