Every single store of theirs I have been to has the worst service ever! I have spent more than $ 50,000 dollars their and have never yet worked with a sales rep or any employee that was worth a crap! They can never help you over the phone and always transfer you to someone even if they know they are not in. They can never seem to find any of their parts and ask a million stupid questions rather than pulling the info from their computer. The service in the store sucks also. They act like you aren’t even there and when they do ask if you need help they always run away saying they’re trying to find someone else to help you.

Everyone knows how stressful remodeling can be, and boy, was I in a tizzy! I was grateful for the very helpful staff at Porcelanosa, and the tile product was fantastic. Looks great on my shower floor and backsplash! Not cheap, however the gal gave a a bit of a discount when she saw my pitiful look. Thank You!
