Pizza Hut

I got a thin crust pizza for the kids. I used to love this pizza. Maybe my tastes have matured. It just wasn’t that tasty.

Worst service ever. They cant get an order right, they have horrible attitude, and when I complained they told me to «go ahead and order from somewhere else». Will never be a customer at this place.

The worst experience ever. I will never in my life order from pizza Hut again. I order from work today at 7:10pm. I been calling pizza Hut to tell them they gave me the wrong pizza since 8p. Nobody has picked up. It is now 9:11p. I want my money back. This is ridiculous, I am at work and I’m hungry. Waste of time and money. I called the corporate office to complain. Nobody can get in contact with this store.

I love pizza hut and it’s sad that the only one that delivers is always late… gets my order wrong most of the time and it is ridiculous! Horrible I am still waiting currently…15 min late and counting. Smh

Worst experience getting pizza ever!!! I waited 20 minutes to order and another 30 minutes to get my food. Staff is not friendly at all!!! Do not waste your time… go somewhere else.

This should be a zero stars review. At this Norbeck location, Weds Nov. 18 at 640pm. The guy behind the counter is rude and should not be the front person. Left immediately; not spending my money at establishment with zero customer service. Your pizza isn’t all that, people come for the convenience. Least you can do is be a civil human being. You’re in a service industry — don’t like it, get another job.

I love the idea of what Pizza Hut has to offer, with creating your own pizza, no matter how crazy it may seem, but when we ordered delivery from this particular pizza hut, one of our pizzas had all of the toppings smooshed on one of the halves and the other half was bare. we tried pushing the toppings back to the other half, but it had cooled that way, so we were out of luck. it really ruined a nice family evening. i won’t order from this location again.

Terrible delivery times. Today’s order took almost 2 hours. We had a similar experience a few weeks ago with this same pizza hut. We thought it was a fluke the first time, but it seems to be the norm. I only live 3.2 miles away so it has nothing to do with the delivery drive time.

I love Pizza Hut! Everytime I go to this location I receive exceptional service. My only complaint is that I wish that they delivered.

This has to be the worst Pizza Hut around ! I placed an order a couple days ago for delivery & my pizza never came! Called and they told me they couldn’t reach me at my number. & again today ordered delivery & my pizza never came … I’m so upset that this is the only Pizza Hut that delivers to my place. They also have the worst customer service. This place needs new management ASAP! Had to give it a star in order to post my review but consider it NEGATIVE 5 stars

I’m rating them even lower for their customer service. Our designated delivery store is Woodfield Rd but it doesn’t have wing street. When my wife called this location to ask if we could get wingstreet wings delivered, the useless employee could only respond that they would only deliver as far as a block south of us. A block south?! Absolutely pathetic customer service, if they were good they would accept our order and let their delivery driver go a block further! Will never patronize these douches again.

This was simply awful. I ordered an extra cheese pizza and some of the pieces literally had no cheese I’m talking only pizza sauce and then when I asked for them to fix it they brought me back the same pizza and they had done nothing to it. They never fixed it and they were rude. It smells like they spit in my pizza.

Worst service ever!!! Placed an order with them at 6:45 PM, I called them at 7:45 PM and the lady who answered the phone told me that the driver left already and should be at my house shortly. My house is about 10 minutes drive TOPS! I waited until 8:30 and the same lady answered the phone and told me that the driver would be there around 30 minutes. That would make it over 2 hours since I have placed my order. When I told her that I want to cancel my order, she just hung up the phone!!! WTF??? Never ordering from them again.

It’s a take out/​delivery only, Pizza Hut, so don’t expect to grab a table and sit down for dinner here.
The service has always been really good and fast… but in the end it’s just Pizza Hut.

This Pizza Hut is good and they have great service! I always do pick-​up because it is so close to my house and it’s 20 minutes to order and to table. The previous poster is apparently the laziest person on earth. YOU can’t walk the distance to get pizza that you claim is so close «you can throw a rock» to and then complain about it because it takes extra time? They were probably laughing at you and thought it was a good idea to show you how ridiculous you were for being so lazy.

WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH PIZZA HUT??? I ordered a pizza on line shortly after 6:00 PM. When the order was processed on line it gave me a delivery time of 7:49 PM. You can throw a rock from the back door of the Pizza Hut to our back door if you have a good arm. I was shocked by an hour and 40 minutes for delivery, normally they are here in 20 minutes. I called the restaurant & they told me that the internet was wrong & the pizza would be here in with in 45 minutes, that was acceptable. The pizza got here at 7:15 (Over an hour), it was cold and the one side was to have extra sauce and diced tomatoes, these items were missing. I called the store and spoke with the «shift manager», her excuse was that the pizza was delivered on time and she could give me credit for the order. The last pizza we ordered took 2 hours to get here, that one was also cold, I called the 800 number and someone was to have called me back, no return call. I have 3 words, frozen pizza & Domino’s
