This is an excellent place. The staff here is great. Very helpful and they make you very comfortable. Teres is THE person to go to for Permanent Makeup in the DMV area. She has been in business for over 15 years and her experience shows! She did my eyeliner and lip liner with partial lip shading and it looks amazing. It naturally enhances my eyes and gives me an amazing day to day look, and if I want to amp it up for a night time look I still have that option! There are a lot of bad «artists» in this area and also many that overcharge their clients: Teres does neither. Her pricing is extremely reasonable and you can tell she truly loves her job: she has extensive knowledge of color and what will look best with your face shape. She also does medical tattooing on breast cancer patients! She truly is amazing and she works closely with a plastic surgeon providing botox and dermal filler services once a month in her office for an extremely discounted price! You won’t be disappointed with Permanent Beauty!

I went to Teres to correct a permanent makeup job another makeup artist had recently done on me. The other artist had not analyzed my face properly. She used a harsh color on my brows and misshaped them. She also did a poor job on my lower eyeliner. Within two months, you could not even see I had eyeliner on my left eye. She had connected my lower and upper eyeliner on my right eye, so my eyes did not match. I was so disappointed in how I looked. I knew I needed to have these mistakes corrected, and I knew I needed to find a highly creditable makeup artist who could do it. Painlessly, Teres corrected the mistakes the first artist made on my face. She camouflaged the areas that needed to be hidden, and she reshaped and recolored the other areas to enhance my face. I look so much better.

I first came to Permanent Beauty to have my eyeliner (upper and lower) done. I was nervous, but Teres was patient and made me feel completely comfortable. I loved the luxury of permanent eyeliner so much, that I brought my young adult daughters to have their eyeliner done as well. Teres chose the perfect colors for each of us and we all love not having to wear eye make-​up. I also went back to have my lips done. They are so natural!
