Midway Beer and Wine

Beware, the owner of this store is prone to having unhinged meltdowns. After purchasing and then caring a 30 pack of beer to my car I discovered some beer leaking out of the box. I brought it back into the store to show Ashok, the owner, and he immediately accused me of damaging the box. He provided a replacement, but proceeded to have a tantrum, repeatedly calling me a liar. Imagine how many people have been involved with moving this box of Beer around from factory to store. Yes, it is possible there was previous internal damage to the cans in this box, which was exacerbated by the compression involved when using the built in box handle for the first time. Sir, there is no need to have a meltdown over a box of beer. My family and I supported your small business throughout the pandemic. We did not deserve to incur your wrath. Please respect your customers and abstain from such knee jerk reactions in the future. I have not been back to this store since this incident, and Ashok has lost hundreds of dollars of my business as a result of his behavior.
