Let me begin this review by stating that I’ve been shopping at this store for several years now and have had them restring my daughter’s stick on a couple of occasions before our most recent visit. Up until our last visit, our experience at this store has always been very good.
We dropped my daughter’s stick off to be restrung on a Tuesday and were told that it would be done by Friday. It was not but that wasn’t a big deal. She has a backup stick and we were happy to wait a few more days for the stick.
We pick up the stick Sunday afternoon. I took a look at the stick and quickly realized that they had used top string (very thin) for the shooting strings. When I brought this to their attention, they did not offer to replace the strings with proper shooting strings. Had they done so, I would not be writing this review. Instead, I was told that the thicker shooting strings only come in manufacturer strung heads and that they use top string for shooting strings when they restring heads. I know this to be untrue because they have used normal shooting strings when restringing heads for us in the past and because of my own research and experience in working on my daughter’s sticks. I should have argued the point with them and demanded that they fix the stringing job but was in a hurry and realized that they would not do so willingly.
Given their response to my expressed concerns about the restringing job, we will be taking our business elsewhere next time.

The new manager, Truit, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We had to get my daughter’s stick restrung in a hurry and he got it done in record time. We also bought her a backup stick and there was a great selection. Definitely going back.
