Remax Premeire aka Executive Management are thieves. After renting property for several years upon move out they found every nonsense excuse possible to steal my security deposit and then charge me for light bulbs, cleaning a carpet that was being replaced and throwing out hangers, weeding and mulching front patio. Stay clear of these unscrupulous people and move elsewhere. Don’t let the price reduction fool you, they will just bump up your rent next year. Horribly greedy people!
