If I could give them zero stars, I would. For matter fact they deserve negative stars. I used this place once. I had them change heels(the tips) in my short booths. One of the heels fell off the second time I wore the shoes and the second heel fell off a day or two after. I was out of town and this was the only pair of shoes I had with me. I went back to the cleaner after I returned asking to redo the heels. I was told that I would need to pay again to have them fixed. I did not feel that I should pay for something I paid for a week earlier. If the job was done properly, the heels would have not fallen off right after being repaired. I was told to come the next day when the owner would be in. I called the following morning asking if the owner was in, I was told that the owner was not in. I explained the situation. The lady pretended that she didn’t know what I was talking about. She said that she does not have my shoes, which was not what I was claiming in the first place. Essentially she pretended not to understand/speak English. I told her that I would like to get a refund for fixing the heels. She refused. Only after I told her that I would file a complained with the Better Business Bureau she told me to bring the shoes back and she will fix them. Few minutes later(I live in the complex) I took the shoes down. She told me that I need to bring back the bag and the ticket that was attached to the shoes when I picked them up. I tossed these after I picked up the shoes. The cleaner keeps an electronic record and they normally look up customers by their phone number. She pretended like she didn’t have a record although just the day before the employee looked me up in the system and new that they fixed my shoes just a week earlier. On top of it, the lady was rude. When I told her that as a consumer I have rights, she told me «I DON’T CARE!» Please save yourself the trouble and DONOTUSETHISBUSINESS.

AWFUL!!! AWFUL!!! I got my coat sleeves altered. And she completely ruined it! I asked for refund but all I got was yelling! DONOTEVERGOTOTHATCLEANER!

Stay away from this dry cleaner; they ruined 6 shirts in 2 orders. You’ll be tempted by the 50% off your entire order with over 3 items; but the loss suffered from horrible service far outweighs the deal. Def 0 stars.

If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. So, this is the first time I’ve used this cleaner that is conveniently right below my apartment. I had this turquoise silk shirt that i accidentally had accidentally got a few small splatters on and immediately took it to this cleaner when I got home. I showed them the spots specifically and asked them to see if they can clean it. Fast forward to a week later… I wore the shirt without spot checking it because I assumed it was well-cleaned as one would expect unless told otherwise by the cleaner. An hour into work and i noticed a number of huge(think 2.5−3″ in diameter) bleached spots on my shirt. Since it was a busy day, I didn’t have a chance to go home to change and had to just suck it up and wear that horrible shirt all day during meetings. So, I just took the shirt to the cleaner to show them what they had done. And shockingly, they do not admit any mistake. No apologies. No responsibilities. In fact, they had the nerve to say I did it and that they would never do something like that. The lack of professionalism and ethics from this cleaner is just unbelievable. I suggest everyone stay clear and if you do ever go, DEFINITELYCHECKEVERYSINGLEITEMONCEYOUGETHOME. It’s just sad that you can trust someone that you paid to do the job right and in the case that they’ve made a mistake, they won’t assume responsibility. Stay clear!
