Parking can be tough, especially on the weekend. I don’t really enjoy having to park in a ticketed garage just to pick up a prescription!

I had to shop here because American Airlines lost my luggage. So I didn’t have my CVS Extra Care card on me. Now in most places, this wouldn’t be an issue and they’d just use their card to get my specials. But here? Nooooo…
They really want to see a card or they make you sign up for one. Why? I’m already in the database. They could’ve checked. Again stores like Vitamin Shoppe and BevMo do this here in LA and I’m sure elsewhere. I talked to the store manager and he was no help either. So what’d I do? Well, I needed the toiletries so I left with them and then promptly called CVS 800#. Sure enough, they solved the problem and also mentioned they would take my complaints to corporate. As well they should!
I’ve never had problems at other CVS stores. And the ones near me that took over Sav-​On here in LA have been very good. So this is an exception of a store. But until they get better management inside, I say skip this and go to Giant.
