CVS

This location I would have to say is not your typical CVS location. The store is a mess and the restrooms in poor shape. The store is also not a 24 hour location so defeats the purpose. The team member j found to ask about some items in the store had no idea and he told me he just works there. Well I get that your not going to know everything but at least point me in the direction I need to go lol. Also there was no head pharmacist on staff and that’s kinda off so ended up leaving to the 24 hour CVS down the road and was an amazing experience.

Terrible service! I typically don’t rant on Unilocal but this really upset me. On the morning of 2÷26÷14 I walked over to their print/​photography section to get a passport photo taken. Their «employee» was sitting there in street clothing without a name tag playing with her phone. After standing around looking for someone who works there, she finally acknowledged me. I asked for her service to get a 2×2 photo done and she replied that they can’t take passport photos because their camera was stolen… really? This is someone who is sitting under a big ol’ sign that clearly states «Instant passport photos done here». When I confronted her about this being unacceptable, instead of trying to offer an alternative or guiding me somewhere else, she gave me an attitude. Btw, all this took place in front of her «manager» with bright pink colored hair who clearly didn’t want to step in to find a solution. I mean come on!!! I have been to other locations and received way more professionalism. I will not go back to this location again!

Gets second star only cause they do try.
Small «neighborhood» CVS. Translates into no parking and very little inventory at pharmacy. See they dont do the volume to justify the RX stock, and because they are often out of stock they dont do the sales volume. Makes sense?
At least they let my dog come in with me instead of chasing us out like when they first opened. Guess they need the traffic.

I went to this store yesterday and the young female sales clerk was very friendly & helpful. The store is smaller than most CVS stores and the layout was a little difficult, but it was clean and the manager was also very nice (I complimented him about the sales clerk).

This CVS is smaller than other typical CVS stores you can find but they actually have quite a lot of stuff in it. Also this store has multiple self-​checkout counters and usually you don’t have to wait. Pharmacy seems always busy and usually the staff doesn’t really show their friendliness to customers but they are pretty helpful when you actually need their help. This CVS has opened not too long ago and so far I think they are doing a decent job.

Really understaffed and unorganized pharmacy. I waited 20 minutes (i was the first person in-​line behind the one being served) to DROP OFF a prescription and then i tried to pick it up on my way to work the following day. Website says the Pharmacy opens at 8, i arrived at 815 to find the cage still down over the pharmacy and no one available to help me. I will be looking for a new CVS!

Located next to LA Fitness and across from Seasons 52 in Market East, this CVS is smaller than your typical CVS. However, it still offers the same services (photo design center, pharmacy) and merchandise.
There’s three check-​out counters, but every time I’ve gone, only one seems to be open. The three Express Pay stations are a plus, but you might have to wait some time for your turn to checkout.
Although I probably wouldn’t purchase anything from their grab and go section, it’s nice to know that there are ready made sandwiches, salads, etc. available.
The store is clean and has great lighting. Layout is okay. Can’t comment on the customer service since I haven’t interacted with any of the staff when I’ve gone in to the store. A «hello, welcome to CVS» would be nice though.
