Family-​owned pharmacies are a dwindling breed, and I hope Rockville Centre Pharmacy is here for years to come! Though I live in Brooklyn and don’t get out to Long Island much, I’ve had a great experience here more than once — the owners and staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable; aside from filling prescriptions they’ve also offered me advice on herbal supplements or spices that might be helpful to alleviating various issues. I feel like I’m getting honest, candid advice rather than being «sold» to — thank you Rockville Centre and co.

The best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Truly the greatest service, they always are willing to answer questions and call my insurance company if there is an issue with my scripts. The free delivery is amazing, Howard the owner is always available, and the customer service cannot be beat. They were even willing to meet me in the middle of the night to give me my fertility medication. They match all prices, order anything I need– I’ve been coming here for 20 years and won’t go anywhere else!

I don’t even want to leave the one star. This is a horrible business. The customer service is horrendous and they are incompetent and rude!
Its extremely dangerous to give someone wrong or tampered medicine, and they don’t care! Different pharmacists tell you different things, then claim that it wasn’t said. Actually one pharmacist said that I wasn’t even present in the pharmacy for the conversation, I asked them to play back the camera. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. Take your scripts to a legitimate pharmacy, not here!

I got a prescription filled here and they charged me $ 240, and I pay $ 60 for it everywhere else, the pharmacist claimed they didn’t get enough compensation from Aetna, so he was going to charge full price. Which is illegal, they shouldn’t claim to accept Aetna if they can’t honor their rates, I had to threaten to lodge a complaint against them, only then did they return my money AND on a side note they filled less than the prescribed amount, so not only were they charging me an exorbitant amount they were filling less than the prescribed amount. Don’t go here.
