I visited the Ace Hardware store located in Rockville Centre, Long Island, NY. In one afternoon, I tried to have two keys copied. After two visits, the keys were made incorrectly each time. The store manager was rude, he did not offer me an apology and wrote me off by telling me to come back again. Don’t go here! They are incompetent and I lost $ 6 and more in gas just to get there. Beware!

Staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable about their products. I have gone in there a few times and each time I have someone that goes out of their way to help me out. Their products aren’t too pricey. There are also 20% off coupons in the RVC coupon booklet.
