Lagoons Rv Resort

Lagoons RV Resort is a 55+ only park in Rockport where we’ve spent a week recently.
Pros: Extremely friendly and warm community. One of the best we’ve stayed in as it relates to people. Lots of long term residents here and activity schedule has something ALWAYS going in if you want to get involved. Very nice facilities — indoor pool, laundry, billiard room, activity center, coffee shop/​snack bar, etc. Propane on site. Very reasonable rates.
Negatives: Sites a bit tight. Not the tightest, but definitely not spread out. Internet was just so-​so. Up and down quite a bit — about average if you’ve stayed at other RV parks with free internet.
Would we stay again? Yes, and likely will again. To get to 5 stars, would need faster internet — and possibly some premium sites for a little more space for the weekly residents.

We had a great stay, though cold at times. The grounds are clean, though Crammed together. Pool was cool but good for a swim
