I am very satisfied with Vent-​tastic and highly recommend its dryer duct cleaning service. It’s nice to actually have the owner of a business, like Nick at Vent-​tastic, come out to do the work. Nick arrived promptly for our scheduled appointment, and was very professional and respectful. He completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up completely after himself. Nick told me that our duct was completely plugged and provided a video to show the before and after of his cleaning. Looking at it makes me realize we were fortunate that we haven’t had a fire, and probably explains why our dryer wasn’t performing too well. Anyone who hasn’t had their dryer duct cleaned in some time (like me) and has issues with their dryer not drying too well (like mine) might want to consider having the duct cleaned before splurging on a new dryer. If so, Nick and Vent-​tastic can take care of you!

I am beyond thrilled with our Vent-​tastic service.
I returned home one evening to find a burning smell coming from my dryer. In a panic I unplugged it and turned off the gas line. I assumed that my dryer had just burned out, as it hadn’t been drying my clothes properly in months. I was convinced that the timed dry was worthless as I had to add 45 minutes or more to each load. Fortunately, Nick from Vent-​tastic, had left a flyer on my door two weeks prior. He promptly came out, cleaned my dryer vent, and inspected my dryer. He provided me with a before and after video of my vent and I was completely shocked. I feel fortunate that a major fire hadn’t occurred. If you have never had your dryer vent cleaned, or haven’t done it in a while, what are you waiting for? Great service at a great price. Your safety is worth it.

Would definitely recommend and use again! I was very impressed by Alan’s professionalism and prompt service. Since we had recently moved into a previously owned home I wanted to have the dryer vent line cleaned out since it seemed to be dirty and I wanted a fresh start to keep my dryer working well. Alan was able to come out the next day and I greatly appreciated his wealth of knowledge in explaining everything to me. I will definitely use Alan at Vent-​tastic again! Thank you!
