At our initial estimate meeting, Paul showed up on time and spent 2 hour with us discussing our ideas and different options. On the first day of work, Paul showed up earlier than the timeframe he provided, and was ready to work! We were very impressed with his attention to detail, communication via phone or email, and ability to work with us to make our bathroom dream come true! Paul is a contractor whom I feel very confident in referring to my friends and family. Paul is loyal, friendly, and committed to excellent customer service!
