Despite many breeds of geckos and hognose snakes, they do not stand behind the animals they sell. I purchased a (rather expensive) baby hognose that was truly aggressive. This was not feeding aggression. Despite various emails to the company at no time did they offer real help, nor did they offer to exchange the animal for a different one. No help and no compensation seems to be their modus operandi.
