Before you go any further, please read the 1 post here that is filtered. You’ll get a sense of what the competition does to show their inane jealousy. When they aren’t busy posting 5 star reviews about themselves, they come here and try to hurt the other clubs with lies. Wouldn’t you want to play for an organization that stands on its own performance rather than talking trash about others? Sounds to me like somebody is a little nervous about what they see. Okay, now to my review… For starters, Blues is a young club but they’re led by the most experienced and knowledgeable soccer personality in the community. One leader that puts kids first… not a half dozen, power hungry directors anxious to spend your tuition money. And what’s this about the man’s IQ? See if you can find a single sentence grandpa created without spelling errors or just destroying the English language. You have a UCLA education, grandpa? Was that before or after you played for the Natio-Anal team? Don’t you love old people? Nobody has done anything right since 1920. Second, coaches aren’t leaving Blues… they’re leaving the competition to join Blues. Like rats on the Titanic. «Blues loves your checks», grandpa? Every club charges for their services… but only grandpa’s club likes to use your money to pay attorneys. And no… your child won’t be taking a break from cone drills to receive bar exam training. For the record, Blues is less expensive than San Juan and that’s been the gold standard(in the Sacramento region) for years. Does grandpa realize junior’s new club, Placer United, charges their players, too? As for the training quality, I guess having National Champions and former NASL/MLS players for coaches gives a new meaning to the phrase, «don’t know what they’re doing.» Really? Do yourself a favor… look at the credentials of Cal Blues’ coaches… then compare them to San Juan or Placer United. The proof is in the bios. If you want to really get crazy… go to the NorCal soccer website and review all the match results from last season. Grandpa clearly has an ax to grind. Blues develops. You can’t argue with the numbers. Not sure how Blues loses to local comp teams, as grandpa noted, since they’re in a completely different league and don’t play one another. Grandpa… are you in a FULL care facility? Finally, Blues is not getting beat everywhere. The old man’s review is only a year old but, for some reason, Blues tryout numbers go up and grandpa’s club tryout numbers are dropping. Go to a Blues tryout or training session. What do you see? Lots of the competition’s T-shirts and backpacks. Cuba thought THEY had the market cornered on defections. Grandpa will tell you it’s simply kids not skilled enough to play at Placer United. What you’ll find is families disenchanted with the way they were being treated and did something about it. The truth is, Blues is a thriving program doing things the right way. What’s the motivation for grandpa’s nasty review? My guess is his pride and joy couldn’t make the grade at Blues. So when you go to the next tryout at Placer United, look for the kid with splinters in the back of his blue shorts and say«hi». Or, maybe grandpa will take his boy’s 31 goals to shine in a rec league. Everyone loves a star!
