It was pretty good the food was tasty but I think a little bit overpriced… We ordered two appetizers two main dishes and three hummus to go plus 2 drinks = $ 108.

I have lived in Rocklin for 10+ years and had never tried Anatolian Table before, but have heard good things. I went there Saturday night and it was very underwhelming. I ordered the Chicken kebab dinner and my friend ordered the Lamb. I asked the waiter how many kebabs you get and he said about 4. Well that was 4 pieces of meat, not 4 Kebabs. WEAK! Basically the $ 16.95 entrée was a lunch serving at a dinner price. Very disappointed in the serving size. And the salad portion was perfect… for a rabbit! The food wasn’t bad but not that great either. Please don’t serve lunch portions at dinner and charge accordingly! So many choices of restaurants in the area so I will pick another one next time!

Just outstanding! Everything we have tried on the menu so far has been great and I have been here several times. The appetizers are well worth it. the Hummus is wonderful. So many interesting and tasty main entrees. And of course the baklava is the best! A bit on the pricey side but well worth it. Not the fastest place by any means but everything is coming out hot and fresh so… A must try!

Stop here on a whim and wasn’t expecting much but I have to say the food was very good and the service was even better. I had the the eggplant in sauce and lamb kabob dinner, both were excellent. Looking forward to coming back and exploring more of the menu.

Came here tonight for dinner. Quiet place. Food was awesome, service was too. We had the Mixed Appetizer for 4, very good, they brought plenty of flat bread, next time I’m getting my own Spicy Humus. It is must! Our family shared our dishes and all tasted very good. I had the Doner Kebap and the portion was more generous than the price would have indicated. The pictures of the salad did not do the flavor justice. The pickled onions were to die for. We ordered the Kadayif for desert(this you MUSTHAVE) — our waiter was polite and professional when he told us that it would be another 7 minutes for this. We told him we weren’t in a rush and he very kindly and professionally told us that he likes to tell people because a lot of people come in before a movie and doesn’t want to make them wait. It showed he cared more about our comfort than the additional $$ that would be added to the bill i.e. his tip. The Cream Carmel(flan) was fantastic and the Turkish Coffee was perfectly smooth with a bit of a bite(we ordered it medium rather than sweet and it was perfect). If you are looking for a quiet enough place with an attentive staff that makes sure your glass if full but doesn’t rush you and food service time that was right on par, this is the place. I will be back many more times. Thank you to the Staff for a very lovely evening. You will be seeing me again soon.

Went to a meeting with my non-profit team and was very, very happy with my food! Ordered the lamb kabobs that came with a side of rice, salad and yogurt — the meat was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The rice was buttery and flavorful and everything was delicious and filling! Can’t wait to come back here when I am in the area!

Nice place for kabobs and family dinner. Service was excellent, they called 2 hours ahead of our reservation to check what type of accommodations our toddler needed. Belly dancing was a fun touch that made my son happy.

This place is one of the most underrated restaurants in the Rocklin area. The owner is a really nice guy and the food is always top notch. I have been going here ever since they were at the old location and I have never had a bad experience.

My wife and I really like this place. The food has always been prepared perfectly and served promptly. It’s probably our favorite place in the area. We always get a hummus plate to share as well — the pita is great! My wife loves the Adana Kebop(spiced, skewered lamb), and I always try something new. Neither of us have ever been disappointed. The staff is always friendly, but can be slow at times when it comes to getting our bill and whatnot. Also, this isn’t a cheap meal, but they do have some weekday lunch specials. Expect to pay near $ 50 for two people and an appetizer at dinner or a weekend.

Anatolian Table is by far my favorite restaurant in the area. I have taken family and friends and everyone agrees that this place makes amazing food! The décor is very pretty and the restaurant has a nice ambiance. Everything I have ever tried on the menu has been great, the food is always fresh and the presentation is beautiful. One of my favorite things to order is baklava for dessert. It is the best baklava I have ever had and it goes great with a hot tea.

Delicious! Love coming to this place. Me and my family always get this really good meat platter, but i can’t remember its official name. The owner is so nice, brought us out some extra food because he wasn’t satisfied with the dish he sent out. Very considerate. Definitely try this place next time you’re looking to try something new!!!

I had the dish with ground meat, sauce, and turkish bread which i forgot the name of but it was also really good, i didnt even care that bread was soggy it was just so tasty ^^ We will definitely be back =)

This place has never let me down every time my wife and I go. The food is very fresh and always tastes great. Also, this is the only Restauraunt I’ve ever been to whose bottles of wine didn’t cost triple the normal price!

Just as good as it was when I used to come here ALL the time maybe 8 years ago. They moved locations to something bigger, but… just as incredible as it always was. We talked to the owner again and he remembered me(so happy) and he said that he wouldn’t have it any other way than HIM overseeing the making of the food. You’re the man. Keep that up.

We went here for lunch. We really loved the colorful décor and food. We split the appetizer sampler for two to give us and idea what things tasted like. I have known a few Turkish cooks over the years so I can say this was the real deal! I was so impressed that I ordered the lamb kabob meal. WOW! The portion and presentation was perfect and the food was fantastic. The reason it is only four stars. The waiter seemed to be the only one waiting several tables and he was struggling to keep everyone catered to. I was freezing and need something warm to drink so I asked for tea which came thirty minutes later only after asking the waiter several times. The tea was yummy but I had never been served tea in and ounce size glass before.

finally found a Turkish Restaurant, been going to Anatolian Table a few times now even old location, new place is bigger, food has never once been disappointing, My favorite there is whole grilled fish and my husbands is the Doner plate. Went 2 days ago for lunch for the first time, and there Doner in a thin Pita Bread is amazing„ full of flavor yet not greasy at all. I wanted to steal my husbands after I bit into it, :) My lentil soup was nice and light as well And the Appetizer Turkish pizza Lahmacun, which we shared was a bit greasier from the many other times we had it there, but still good.

Yummy dinner. We had a party of 19 and the service was great. The chicken was perfectly prepared for my dish and the serving size was perfect. My husband had the Lamb which was tender. I tried their Turkish Tea and enjoyed the small glass container it came in. This is going on my list of favorites.

Love this place! The food is excellent, and I love the presentation. They’ve moved to a new spot so make sure to visit them(it’s in waking distance of the old building so not too far). We had an awesome waiter who recommended really yummy dishes. You should definitely eat here and try their wonderful cuisine.

Lamb kabob– Excellent!!! Best of all the dishes. Beef kabob– Good but not great. Chicken kabob– Nice smoked flavor. Each meal came with rice, a small salad with vinegar, and red onions. $$$ Price is higher than any other Turkish restaurant we have been to. I recommend this place try it for yourself. We are huge fans of Turkish cuisine, so overall we were satisfied. The restaurant décor is nice and clean. Service was average.

Nice new location. A lot of booth seatings but their booths feel too enclosed, these cut one out from rest of diners and even from good lighting. I think that these should be lowered. Food is authentic, good but pricey.

Anatolian is one of our favorite restaurant in Rocklin. we go there often. Everything we order is always good and flavorful! the only thing is i wish that portions were a little bit bigger, maybe 20% to 30% more food in the appetizers, specially for the mezze, like hummus, baba ghannouj, cheese etc… please put more bread in your basket as well this food can not be eaten with a fork. other then that, Their fish plate is awesome, we order it every time we go, their dry apricot with nuts and cream tastes like heaven! we had to order it from turkey and make the same desert at home, this is how much we enjoy this unique Turkish desert! the best thing, is to finish it off with delicious Turkish tea! nice experience for the whole family…

My first time here will not be the last! It’s a very spacious place and I hope they are busier than this Thursday night, because the food and service deserves a full restaurant. Our party of 3 started with a spicy humus appetizer and ended with Baklava and Rice Pudding. But the 3 main dishes in between we’re all fresh and unique. One was a whole Bream fish and I had to first ask if it was fresh because it is unusual to find this kind of whole fresh fish most places. It was amazing and simply grilled with the whole head and bones like in Europe. We enjoyed the other main dishes as well and the Turkish beer. If you give this place a try I hope you too try something different and enjoy it as well.

Kunefe… you MUST try this dessert! Shredded philo with warm cheese and a sweet glaze… unlike any other dessert I’ve had. Love the appetizers… very thin bread(almost like pizza) with an incredibly thin layer of meat sauce & fresh salad to put on top. The meats are delicious. Can’t wait to try more entrees.

Came with my family tonight. The staff was great, the belly dancer was great, and the food was amazing! The food is very much authentic and not the typical cheap immitation one would expect to find in the suburbs. I had such a great time and they have certainly made regulars of us.

We ate here last night and had a fabulous meal. Ordered 2 appetizers and split the main dish. Babaganush, zucchini pancake and Hummus were great. Chicken kebab was tasty and tender. Turkish beer hit the spot. We walked away satisfied and not bloated. Total bill was $ 36. The only downside was an overly solicitous waiter who wouldn’t leave us alone. Probably the best Turkish restaurant in the area.

Husband and I ordered the mixed grill for two people. It was a good variety of meat that was well seasoned. I had hoped there was a noticeable difference in spice and heat between all the different types of meat but no. The white rice that was served was marginal at best. Would have been pleased with saffron rice and some grilled vegetables to go with all the grilled meat.

My wife and I went for early Sunday dinner when not crowded. Changed tables because first one was out of balance. We ordered the Lamacun and the hot spicy humus apertizers. Lamacun way two bland and red pepper flakes couldn’t rescue it. Humus was pasty and barely mild. Took awhile to get appetizer and our entre, Adana Kebab, was delivered at the same time because our waiter said that there was a holdup in the kitchen with the apertizers. Kebab lacked deep flavor. Garlic sauce, $ 2.95, we ordered extra and it didn’t have much flavor. Waiter was nice. Do not see need to return.

So disappointed with our meal from Anatolian Table last night. We ordered 5 entrees, two orders of hummus(of which they forgot to pack one in our to go bag), and an order of casik casik, which all totaled to $ 107 bucks! SOEXPENSIVE! OK I thought, well, this will at least be really good and worth the $ 16 per entrée we paid — yeah, not at all. The chicken was dry, the lettuce in the salad wasn’t leafy greens, as you would expect for such an expensive entrée, it was just old lettuce. I didn’t touch it. So the hummus situation — after I got home with the meal we found out that we didn’t have the two orders of hummus we’d ordered, we only had one, and the man on the phone couldn’t refund my credit card. He said I needed to come back while the owner was in because he can’t authorize the $ 6.50 back to my card. Just what I want to do when I’m hungry, drive all the way back to the restaurant. What happened to customer service and making sure that the person who just spent over $ 100 in your establishment is happy? Apparently that doesn’t happen here. Needless to say I won’t be going back here again. Just because it’s the only mediterranean place close by that doesn’t mean they can charge an arm and a leg for their food, which isn’t good anyways. UPDATE: The owner just called me to offer me a 50% discount on the order, and also mentioned that they are using a new POS system, which is why their employee was unable to refund my money last night. Very cool of him to do — I will definitely give them a second chance based upon his willingness to make things right with us.
