A Way 2 Move

This was the third time that I used Paul with A Way 2 Move over the course of five years. Unfortunately, this time was fraught with problems. First, I was quoted one price and the cost ended up being $ 150 more. At 4:30 p.m. the two gentleman told me they were unable to move my bookcase without a third individual to help them and they would return the following day and would call me with a time. I texted and called the owner the following day and never heard back from him. I have called or texted Mr. Daniels for the past four days and have yet to hear from him. So, I have a bookcase in my garage and am unable to fully unpack. Both workers were smokers and the smell was on my stuff and in my home. Although minor, the workers helped themselves to all of my daughter’s Gatorade (eight bottles) without asking me; I offered them each ONE bottle – not the entire package. I am really disappointed in the outcome of this move and will need to find a different company for the impending move at work. Looking forward to other Unilocal reviews to find a new company :-(.

I have used this company 3 times and will NEVER use anyone else… ever. I have also referred my close family and friends to A Way 2 Move. Paul was professional and very affordable. My personal belongings arrived safe and on time! Paul’s estimates for both the time it would take him as well as the cost were right on so there were no surprises! Highly recommend.

Paul and his employee were professional, fast and efficient. All of my items were moved safely. Very reasonable rates too. If you provide the truck ($ 30 — $ 40) he provides all of the moving equipment (blankets, wrap, dolly, etc.). I highly recommend and will use again.
