They get it done in here. The folks behind the counter are friendly enough and they work hard to get orders correct. The parking lot and drive thru are very awkward here. If you drive a larger vehicle, be forewarned.

Stopped by for a medium hot chocolate with whip cream. Tasted like watered down swiss miss.
What a disappointment. Better to go up the street.

This is the only Dunks I have ever been to that makes you pull over from the Drive Thru in order to wait longer for your sandwich. This location is way too disorganized and slow for the amount of people that are working there. There are plenty of other Dunks and Mary Lou’s to go to within the vicinity. Avoid here.

This is now my go-​to Dunks on my way to work and sometimes while I’m out running errands. The location is easy to get in and out of since there is a traffic light nearby. The drive-​through is a little confusing as it is marked off such that you have to enter through the Burger King driveway, but it’s easy to figure out.
I’ve never encountered a mixed up order. I’ve never had bad service. The staff is always friendly and my normal Friday morning Dunks drive-​through guy that works the window is super friendly and greets me with, «Hey honey, how ya doing?»
My only gripe is that the drive-​through is either hit or miss. It is either moving smoothly (no more than 2 minutes from start to finish) or it is backed up out of the driveway. However, I’ve never had an order screwed up and I will continue to return.

I’ve gone in there maybe four times since it has opened. They have been so rude to me and they have never made my order correctly.

I stopped in recently to see if I could put an end to my boycott and I was so pleased that this location deserves an update. It was a much better all around experience. Keep up the great work!
