Men’s Wearhouse and Tux

Just walked out of this store without renting a tux here. The sales associate was very rude!

Been here a couple times with my husband through our wedding planning experience. I had used David’s bridal, the sister store, for my and my girls’ dresses and loved that Men’s Wearhouse offered the same colors. The first time we went in they sat us down and helped us design our tuxes based on the bridesmaid dresses and even put together a sample of it to see in person. Thy give you a group number for you to give to all the people that need a tux so they can go into any location to get it.
Today I went in again because my husband had a free suit coupon from the wedding. We walked in, a guy looked at him looked at one of the sales girls and said a size. At first I thought he did it based on know how but then learned he was the manager and helped my husband when he came to pick up his tux for the wedding. The managers name is William (Bill) and is fantastic to work with. Very helpful and knowledgeable. You would be in good hands with him. We will come back to this location if we ever need another suit or something in men’s formalwear

The only thing I don’t like is that when you order your tux, say at the beginning of the year and it comes in a few weeks before your event, you can’t try it on early to get it resized. So if its too small, you can’t get it changed.
The pants do have adjusters, usually though.

I love Men’s Warehouse, and particularly this location. Every suit, sports coat and pair of dress pants I’ve bought in the last 13 years have been from here.
The service has always been top notch. The sales staff does a great job of helping you find what you are wanting. They even have made suggestions and recommendations. Some of them are good, some I ignore, but I appreciate their input. The tailors that do the fittings are nice and competent. I’ve been some places where I needed to be fit for a wedding or what not, afterwards I felt like I needed to shower and file a police report. Not here. Not once have I had to return an item they altered for them to fix it.
I have two friends that are getting married this fall. Luckily for me both of them are going through Men’s Warehouse for the Tuxedos. On Friday I was able to walk in and get fitted in less than 20 minutes. The lady that helped us was funny and showed me what I’m going to be wearing. (My friends have no taste!) It was a pleasant experience.
