These guys were great! I called them Sunday afternoon, expecting to leave a voicemail asking them to call me back Monday when they were open. To my surprise, they answered their phone. We made an appointment for the following Wednesday to replace the circulation pump on my spa.
They arrived on time, and replaced the pump right away. They also replaced a few odds and ends that needed to be fixed: the light bulb for the spa, and a plastic piece to adjust some of the jets.
Just because they are located in Rockford, don’t think they won’t travel to Chicago. They claim that most if their clients are in the Chicago suburbs.
