Very disappointed. Out running errands and I chose this Culvers for our quick lunch. The food and service was not up to the standard I expect from Culvers. We ordered 3 hamburgers and a BBQ sandwich. The hamburgers were overlooked; flat, black and crispy, which is not good. After taking one bite we asked that the sandwiches be replaced.
The manager had them make new burgers but they tasted like a whole salt shaker had been emptied on them. We choked down what we could then left. We didn’t want to have them try again.
I hope it was just a bad crew and not Culver’s slipping

Now this is good food!!!, the burgers are cooked til theyre dead so theyre dry but everything else is awesome, you get what you pay for!, some of the best fish in town, any town!

These guys here really got me to liking Culvers… food was good and filling… employees were friendly as all get out, and the ambience was relaxing… they make a great root beer and the shakes were thick.
I try to stop in here when in Rockford… have been to a couple of others by me but this one is great!

I have been eating Culvers since I was little and lived in Winnebago and it was the only fast food around besides McDonald’s. This one is now the closest Culvers to my house.
I always get the beef pot roast sandwich value basket. The sandwich is so delicious and I dip the fries in their sweet and sour sauce. My sister loves the chicken tenders with ranch.
Their custard is so yummy. The chocolate is my favorite. It’s better than ice cream, so creamy.

2nd time at a Culvers, got some different food and I am happy to report it was awesome! Can’t think of a single bad thing. I would normally not review a place over again, but I saw this poor location only 1 review so I had to share the love! :D
