T-Mobile

I like this location inside the mall. Not too far from the second GameStop store on the upper level where u can look at games while your parents wait to get their new phone. Tons of stuff to try out too.

They used to be inside the mall. Didn’t realize they moved next to Panera Bread! Was walking inside the mall looking for their old kiosk. But new store is nice. Not as many phones on display as the AT&T store though. Customer service is extremely attentive and a pleasure to deal with.
Since my contract ended with AT&T, I asked that they unlock my phone. Once that was completed, I shopped around for GSM carriers that offered good deals. I’ve done my research and found that the best deal was T-Mobile’s simple choice family plan. I needed only 2 lines. However I have 3 good friends that were looking to lower their rates as well. Perfect timing!
With unlimited everything (2.5GB of high speed data), our plan costs $ 160/​mo before taxes and fees. After all taxes and fees, we ended up paying $ 36−38/mo each.
Not bad at all! And best of all… no contract!!!
The staff was great. Francis and Erica assisted me in the store. The porting of numbers went smoothly and our numbers got ported over within 24hrs.
I do have to deduct 1 star (not for this particular store location)…but for the reception in general. We all get great reception outdoors. However, inside our homes, the reception is pretty minimal. But there’s a solution!!! T-​Mobile allows wifi calling!!! (except iPhones). So even with the lack of reception indoors (especially in the groundor basement level), we are still able to make calls through wifi!
Overall, I am very satisfied with the service of this location thus far. I will update this review if anything changes in the future.
