I have been using Air A Tech service a number of times over course of few years. These guys were addressing problems with my water heater and boiler, as well as A/​C troubles, referred via insurance company. They are always punctual and responsible, making good suggestions and comments, having a good plan to address an issue, also offering workarounds when necessary. They are a bit hard to catch on the phone or get them to respond to voicemail, but I can understand challenges of running an efficient small business while staying on top of things. Very much satisfied with the service! I would recommend them to a friend or two and everybody else.

I used this company as part of a referral from our home warranty. The tech showed up on time each visit. I talked to Bob on the phone (assume he is the owner), seemed knowledgable and very helpful. I believe he made the right recommendations for our issue. The whole experience was easy with this company. When dealing with a home warranty it is not always a pleasant experience but this company made it better.
