I hired James H Schultz to represent me in simple divorce case. I paid James a retainer fee but he never filed any paperwork with the courts for my divorce! He continued to bill me (which i paid) and when i called him out for not fileing for my divorce he «fired» me. I hired a new divorce attorney (which is wonderful) who then made me aware that i needed to file a complaint to the Illinois State Bar (which i have) and i could file a small claims case against him (in which i am). He is not worth your time or money!
