Bestway Inn

This place sucks! It does not deserve a star but I had to choose one, in order to post the review. Cheap price, so you get what you pay for. Pillows are hard as a brick and the beds aren’t comfortable. Towels are rough and you barely get towels. No iron/​board in the room. When I asked for an iron at the front desk, it was in poor condition. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone if you’re looking for a nice and clean place. I was afraid to sit on the toilet. Worst way inn instead of bestway inn.

We asked for extra towels Before we checked in! DIDN’T GET THEM! Later That Evening we asked for the extra towels we didn’t get. Not only did we only get 2 towels and 2 wash cloths but then we had to use 1 of the towels as the bath mat… that’s because of the ratty cloth shower curtain letting water go all over. The front desk told us to ask the cleaning ladies in the morning that they didn’t have the key!!!. The managers didn’t have a key bull hocky!!! SOOOO… The next morning we asked the cleaning lady and she said to go to front desk that she didn’t have any.. .Then At the front desk we were told they didn’t have any clean towels… A hotel didn’t have clean towels come on now! The best part is the workers we spoke to own the the motel. Now I’m mad and go down to the office to get my money back… But on the way I pass a open door. inside Is the idiot from Before pulling out clean dry towels.. . I stopped, and told him I need 2 of these towels so we can… This Idiot starts fighting with me telling me that each room only gets 2 towels and two wash cloths that he’s not giving us any more towels. Im so upset. This use to be a nice lil family run place… ive been coming here for years, many years… the staff is disrespectful, and incompetent. I left and went right up the street to another motel… later I walked to a mc donalds and got into a conversation with a local guy, a resident who said… stay away from bestway inn its gone to the dogs. I am inclined to believe it… this use to a frendly very reasonable place… my kids live down here in S.C. Ive stayed here when i drive (11hours) down to get my kids for the summer (when I lived in NY)… and for countless graduations and events. Over the many years ive been here with my mom, aunt, adolescent cousins and a girl friend or 2. I drove 8 hours (now i live in F.L.) to be disrespected by some x÷=+$@ skinny little man at the front desk as another staff member sat by watching.(He dont know me very well… I walked away this time) What happened to the nice lady Mrs Patel who ive spoken too over the years… I will never stay here again especially after all the reviews ive read, and my experience… hey be smart look them up on trip advisers site too. There are more reviews there too… spend a few dollars more and stay anywhere but here. Sleep in your car if you have too. lol … thats what the local guy said to me.

Older motel. Price is good. Wifi. Breakfast is worthless.
