The place is right out of any boomer’s past. The smells and tastes of an old time butcher shop. Don’t even ask what beef is aged because all of it is! A foodies idea of the pearly gates!

Even I haven’t been to this store, I already pre-​ordered some sliced beef from them. Their services are great and I do believe the quality of meat is awesome.

Ye Olde appears to be more like Ye Kinda New. Located in a small, newer strip mall.
They have a decent selection of beef sticks, jerky and sausage. I like the Texas beef sticks. They also had a wide variety of bratwurst.
The meat case was small for a butcher shop, Mostly steaks and roasts
My brats are cooking as I type. Yum!
