Top Notch Barbering

I called ahead of time to ask if they do flat tops.
Whoever answered the phone said all the barbers did.
I went in re-​affirmed that I wanted a flat top.
I sat in the middle chair and SHOWED HIM A PICTURE of me and my usual flat-​top.
He said he could do it.
I have been getting a flat-​top for 20 years and I can tell by the how the barbers hand feels if he’s doing it right.
I could tell he wasn’t doing it right.
For some reason, he decided I wasn’t going to get a flat top, I was getting a skin fade.
NEVER again will I go there and I will not speak highly of it.

I come to this place every time I come back into town from Colorado and they are truly TOP NOTCH. Just yesterday Darrell hooked it up and was phenomenal. I waited about 5 minutes and was in the chair getting a fresh fade. Not only does he give a ridiculous cut, he’s a really good dude and gives you good conversation. I wish they had a clone of this place back in Colorado, 5 stars well deserved gents! See you next time I’m back in town fam

Horrible customer service. I waited twenty mins for two barbers to barely acknowledge me. I called earlier in the day to see if I needed an apt. I was told «no there’s five barbers here, and we’ll take care of you right away». I continued to wait and when a chair opened up, the barber’s friend jumped right in. So I will never know how their hair cuts are. They lost a paying customer and a great tipper..

Great haircut. My guy Santi was sociable, has been cutting hair for years, and used like eight different implements to trim and shape. My hair’s at that thinning point where if it gets long you can see the bald spots poking through, but if it gets too short, you could put a billboard on my forehead, but he gave me the perfect cut to strike the balance. Basically, he took a lemon and made some awesome lemonade. I really dig the vibe of the place, and I’m looking forward to making this my spot for cuts.

I got an awful haircut elsewhere and had to go to work with it. The next day I tried this place. I told garrel I think his name is, to make me look good. He did exactly that. 4 stars because I called for directions and a kid kept answering. And throughout the whole hair cut there were kids running and what seemed to be a friend of a barber talking so loud I couldn’t chat with garrel.
Still a great haircut at a good price.
A little tough to find. Would be nice if they had a red and white candy cane barber sign out front.

Barber Shop… What comes to mind? A place to get a hair cut? Well sure but so is Super Cuts right? So, what else? Conversation? Laughing? A bit of ball busting? I think we’re narrowing it down.
A Barber Shop is all of that, its where you go to get trimmed up, where you go to laugh and enjoy good company. It’s part of a community. It’s where your barber knows your name, knows your cut, teases you about being drunk the other night and asks how your cuts or your wife doing. It’s where a middle ages woman loudly proclaims she would have volunteered to be R Kelly’s home video…
I spent about 40 minutes in the chair today to get a bit off the top and get my beard trimmed up. Holy crap. I have not had such a skilled barber in my life. I don’t remember my barbers name, I know I know, bad Unilocaler! I put it in my phone and accidentally deleted it. His was the second chair from the door. He used like 5 kinds of razors, he used scissors, combs, compressed air, a straight razor! This man was talented! I especially feel like a dick cause he repeated my name a few times and I know he’s gonna remember when I go back in a few weeks.
About 6 chairs take up half the space, a lot of wood and a lot character, they have a really nice place set up. Tin ceilings that I am always a fan off and a big screen finish off the space along with some benches and chairs to sit on while waiting your turn. Go early because they get busy quick! A beard trim and a hair cut, $ 15! Super cuts charges something like $ 12 now! And they will not come CLOSE to giving you the kind of cut you’ll get here. At super cuts your going to get a girl with big hair who just got her license, she’ll take clippers, run them over your head and try to flirt with you as you cash out so you give her an extra dollar tip. These men are Barbers and a credit to their craft. They are artist and your head is their canvas so get in there and give them something to work with!
