The Source Fine Jewelers

I am sort of locked into this place for life… my husband purchased my ring from here and it has a life long plan of cleaning and maintenance. With that said, I saw 2 cars in the parking lots on a Monday night while leaving the mall and thought, sweet, I can just pop in, no lines, no waiting.
As customary, I signed in at the podium and waited my turn. While waiting I noticed 5 women working behind the counters, but only 2 were with customers.
I continued to wait… and wait… I watched as one lady decorated a small Christmas tree and 2 other women fiddled-​around behind the counters.
Finally, one of the customers leave… and… nothing… I wait. THEN, Helen approaches me, she says, «Hello, is anyone helping you?» I said, «No». She said, «someone will be with you shortly.» I said, «Thank you for acknowledging me.» (I was pretty mad and I know it sounds snarky… but I meant what I said, «thanks for acknowledging me,» as in, I am a person and a patron). Helen went into the back to file some paperwork etc…
Turns out. I waited 10 minutes total, but it felt like FOREVER…
Anyhow… Helen reappears and she is ready to wait on me. She was very nice and informative and super smiley.
But overall, I was not satisfied with being ignored. Anyone of those 5 ladies could have looked up at any point and said a simple «Hello» when I walked in and signed my name on the list. SO, That’s what I call super customer service !(please note sarcasm).

My wife and I bought our wedding bands here abut nine years ago and still love them. They were high end but still very reasonably priced. I’m reminded often about how much we love our rings because from time to time people STILL ask «oh let me see your ring» as if we were newlyweds. :-)
