Taco Bell

This is good for what it is fast non-​authentic mexican food. I usually do the breakfast a Bacon A.M. Crunchwrap (which is a 5 star on it’s own). During peak hours the drive through line can get a slow and long. They are good about getting my order right unlike the Wendy’s across the street.

You call this fast food when I waited in line for 20 minutes??? Are you F‘ing kidding me!!! This is the second time I tried this location and left the first time because the line was so long and slow! Worst fast food restaurant EVER!

Taco Bell is my favorite «I don’t want to cook» place. I was so excited when I found out it was being built 3 minutes down the street. When they opened it was great. Food was good, quick, and orders were right. Then something happened… I came home with an order that was so messed up I contacted them online. A manager called, took info, and offered to pay for my next order. A few weeks later I pull up to the drive thru to order, tell the lady I have a free order coming, and she asks me to pull up. I didn’t even order yet so when I get to the window she is like «oh…I didn’t understand.» With a packed drive thru line I told her to forget it and I would come inside. I get inside, walk up to the manager who was supposed to be told I what was going on. The guy just stands there looking at me like he couldn’t even comprehend how to function as a human being. I saw a bunch of young kids basically running the show and a lazy manager simply counting down the minutes until he could leave. Finally after telling him my whole order again, I got my food, double checked it, and headed home. 3 yes THREE more times I have had to file complaints they didn’t get my order correct since then. Just like some of the other reviews they are simple requests like no cheese, or no jalapeño sauce. We have started driving to Moe’s at the mall when «I dont want to cook.»

This Taco Bell is asinine. I’ve been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt for months now and I’m just through.
Every time I order from here it’s the biggest process ever. No wonder the line takes so long… I feel like nobody ever understands a word I say. When the traumatic experience of actually ordering my food is finally over… its probably another good 10 minutes until my food is actually in my car.
Then I get home and 90% of the time its ALL wrong. I can’t even tell you how frustrating it is to consistently drop over $ 20 on a lazy family dinner night and absolutely nobody gets the food they wanted originally. I always ask for my chicken quesadilla with no jalapeño sauce and I can’t think of ONE time they actually made it without the sauce.
My dad orders soft chicken tacos and one chicken burrito with regular chicken, fresco style, and its never right. This time, he had ordered two chicken soft tacos fresco with chunky chicken and received a beef soft taco fresco, a shredded chicken taco no fresco, and a smothered beef burrito… what?
I ordered a chicken quesadilla with no sauce and extra cheese… please refer to my pictures and tell me if it looks like extra cheese and no sauce. My cheesy roll up was cold — cheese wasn’t remotely melted.
I don’t mean to be mean… but seriously… get a new manager… new team… new intercom devices, I don’t know. Just fix it. Won’t be returning anytime soon. Done giving this location chances.
Take my advice and just make the drive and go to the Greece Mall Taco Bell — they’re awesome, never messed my order up.

Service is always great here. And the food is always good. This is a very busy location since it’s 1 of 3 in Greece. Drive thru is busy but it’s fast! So is sitting inside. Everything is made to order. But I do enjoy coming to eat. Never had the breakfast here but it does look good. I will have to come back for a try.

Very long wait time for drive thru and the food was sub-​par. The first time we came there was nobody else in the drive thru and it still took about 10 minutes to receive our food. Our burritos were horribly wrapped and half of its contents were all over the wrapper. Still delicious but you really can’t make Taco Bell food taste bad no matter how hard you try. It just would have been nice to not have a complete mess while trying to eat.
Staff seem very nice and friendly.

This Taco Bell isn’t much different from the other locations, but it is in a convenient spot and open until 3:00am. Taco Bell in general has good food (not a whole lot of options, as pretty much everything is a taco), and is a little pricey, not not expensive.
This location is usually quick, the inside is clean and comfortable, and their drive-​thru is also quick and convenient.
