Great place to buy a bed, excellent service. Had to drive to another warehouse (a few blocks from Sleep City) to pick up my bed.

I felt inclined just to sign up in order to give Sleep City a great review. I originally went to get a quote on a medical bed and was floored by the level of customer service I received by Gino who also happens to be the owner. He helped me and even let me try the beds out. It was a workers comp claim so it took forever to get an approval, in the mean time I purchased a full size bed for my daughter and the customer service didn’t change, actually it got better. I told my wife I will never shop another mattress place again since I had a nightmare at metromatress. I recently got dropped in pay and already bought my third bed from Gino, I called and he refunded my money with no hassle and even hoped for the best, truly feels like an extended family now.

This is a great place to buy a bed. They are very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Over the years I have bought a few beds. A twin for when I was in college, a full when I got my first apartment, another full for a guest room when I got a 2 bedroom apartment, and just now a king form my house. Every bed was great! I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy a bed.

Before choosing which mattress store to go, I did some research and found that a lot of people had good things to say about Sleep City. It was hard to believe that were true but I am glad to find that they were. The owner Geno is very friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. I probably spent a good hour trying all the different beds and he didn’t mind. His opinion is that the most expensive bed is not the best bed if you don’t feel comfortable. Investing in a good bed is a tough decision but Sleep City’s haggle free prices makes it so much easier.
