The customer service usually sucks due to the very young staff. However the food is amazing. It sucks they closed the store in henrietta

Sat and waited for our server for more than 5 minutes on a late afternoon and the restaurant wasn’t even busy! Wow!!! Very bad service. Finally got up and left after waiting with servers walking by us and no one wanted to serve. Never again.

Great food — good steaks for a place that isn’t known for them. I love the Asiago steak. The salad bar is typically very good depending on how well it’s kept up and cleaned. Friendly, helpful servers and staff as well.

I have really enjoyed location many times in the past. This time was a totally different experience:(The usually excellent salad bar was in desperate need of attention. No croutons, no blue cheese everything else on the salad bar was practically empty, or so cross contaminated you couldn’t tell what started in what spot. We stood there with a couple other customers looking around for someone to tell, it seemed every employee who saw us standing there ducked in the back. Over a hour for a quick lunch. Waited for the server over 15 minutes to take the check(we were her only table) :(we only tipped because we are nice people

Ruby Tuesday is an American-style restaurant similar to other such chains of this type like Friendlys, Dennys, Perkins, etc. I’ve sampled their food a few times and, while I wouldn’t say I was wowed by anything, I wasn’t really disappointed either. Non-scientific evaluation: they’re ok. Ok is good enough. First dish was a Ruby’s Classic Burger. Good burger, cooked to desired temperature, and tasted fine. The fries aren’t too exciting. Second dish was chicken tenders. Good six pieces of chicken, coating was soft and not as crispy as I would like, and came with a decent serving size of fries. The dipping sauce was plentiful in the large plastic cup. Some places like to skimp on the sauce, but not here. Lastly, the third dish was the chicken parm. It seemed to have very little sauce(contrast with the abundant dipping sauce for the tenders), but my friend said it tasted good. I’ll trust their judgment. Ruby Tuesday offers some nice online offers for their e-club, which I recommend signing up for. They have online ordering, but I wish it would permit you to enter more detailed instructions with your order instead of limiting you to a small number of characters. There is special parking right near the front door for people picking up to-go orders, which is nice.

I’ve been to this location many times… It’s been about a year though since my last visit. Bit have things changed, and Not for the better. The 4 way sampler was undercooked.,. And by the way, the wings are sooooo bad. My husbands southern chicken tenders were over cooked. My typhoon shrimp were dry and no flavorful. The salad bar… And my reason for ever going to rubys was tired… Lettuce was brown and wilty. Gross Last the 4 hostesses and servers standing around by the door laughing and joking around should be working. Only reason I give 2 stars was for my otherwise attentive server. She was sweet.

Really a 3.5 Pretty pricey for lunch. But the food was good. As was the service. I had the salad bar… It wasn’t huge but it was fresh & tasty. I’d get it again. For a chain restaurant, we were impressed other than price.

Pretty good food and service. I like the salad bar. I got a burger which I haven’t had in a long time from there is was pretty good. Usually I get the Smokey mountain chicken. I do love that they have Coke products that’s a huge plus for me. Always have business meetings there and usually a date for dinner. If you have come come out to the Greece location. You all do a great job!

Great food, great service, and very affordable prices. You get more for your money as well as incredibly tasty dishes. Our server was very attentive, fast, and friendly. We enjoyed our visit very much. Will definitely return!

Lunch date with my wife, Decent for a chain restaurant, great selection of types of food on the menu. Very nice salad bar as a side, add-on or by it’s self. Fast service, staff is friendly and very accommodating the special-needs. Portion size good, meal full of flavor and a good value for the buck. Hope to go back soon.

I was served undercooked chicken in a Rochester Ruby Tuesday. It was awhile ago and I am not sure it was this location but between how the manager handled it(called the police to make me pay for it… my choices were pay for uneaten, uncooked chicken or be arrested) and how corporate followed up… a miscreant named Pete Nodczak told the Health Department he spoke with me and addressed the problem but he did not… I feel a review needs to be up. I had erroneously reviewed a Syracuse location which I deleted and replaced with this review, but to my way of thinking Ruby Tuesday has a lack of humanity at the top of the corporate ladder and this disdain trickles down. I have not been in one since.

My husband and I got a gift card to hear for Christmas and checked it out no too long ago. We made reservations online ahead of time but that wasn’t necessary, the place was pretty empty. We went at 6:00PM on a Thursday so we figured there would be people who wanted dinner but we were wrong. Anyways since the place was pretty empty and we made reservations we were seated right away and our server Rachel came to us pretty quickly to get our drink order in. We also ordered an appetizer of fried mozzarella. When Rachel brought us our appetizer we were ready to order dinner. We are boring and both got a pretzel burger with bacon and cheese and I also added on the salad bar. The fried mozzarella was really good but you can’t really go wrong with fried cheese. They salad bar was good for me. They had everything I like on my lettuce and everything was kept pretty fresh. The only downside to the salad bar was the dressings. All of the dressings I tried were good but you have to go over multiple dressings to get to your plate causing some dressings to drip into others; I don’t really want creamy italian with a bit of balsamic vinaigrette. Our burgers were cooked just how we wanted and the cheese and bacon were good but the bun was lacking and disappointing. We both wanted to try a pretzel bun seeing as they are so popular right now and we haven’t had one. It didn’t taste anything like a pretzel, it tasted like a bun with extra coloring. It was sad. Overall, the place was okay. We still have a little left on our gift card so we will come back to finish it up but other then that, I don’t think we will come back on our own.

it’s a good place to hang out. The food is good. I ordered top sirloin, medium. Well, it’s not the place to order steak. It came out all right, I ate it all, but I didn’t expect it had blood coming out. I know I ordered medium cooked, but I never had medium cooked steak with blood in other restaurants. With the same price as steaks in other restaurants, I had unlimited salad that came with the steak. So I don’t complain about it. Salad is good.

I had the chicken bella, with grilled zucchini and roasted spaghetti squash. The chicken was moist and delicious. The grilled zucchini and squash was equally tasty. I don’t normally go for restaurant squash or zucchini, but I loved them! The watermelon fizz is very refreshing and delicious. Big fan.

2.5 Stars. As the much oft saying goes, «it is what it is» Fine dining? No. But they do make a pretty darn good cocktail, and the apps can be good too(esp with a cocktail!) You will not have a memorable experience here, but sometimes you have to go middle of the road… Like when you have your kids AND inlaws in tow :)

If it weren’t for the all you can eat salad bar, this place would get a 2⁄5 stars from me. The salad bar is what keeps me coming back! I always make sure I order an entrée that comes with the salad bar so that I can keep trying different dishes to see if anything appeals to me. Every single entrée I have ordered(and I’ve ordered many different entrees over the past few years) is too salty or just dull. I do have one more thing I want to try though, and that is their chicken or fish tacos. They look really good! Lucky for me(and for them) I love the salad bar so much! Almost any entrée you order(except for pastas) come with the salad bar. I don’t understand why the pastas don’t come with the salad bar too, salad goes so well with pasta! Anyways, there are three or our different kinds of lettuce to choose from. Then they have an assortment of toppings: green peppers, mushrooms, carrots, tomatoes, broccoli, peas, ham, bacon, black olives, eggs, pine nuts, cucumbers, and some others I can’t remember. Then there are about 8 different dressings to choose from and 3 or 4 pasta salads too. You MUST try the croutons at the end of the salad bar! They are delicious! They are unlike any croutons I have had before, I think they are pumpernickel bread? They are crunchy on the outside but still slightly soft on the inside… mmm… so good! I always take a huge handful :) Honestly, I think I’m done trying to find entrees that I enjoy there. I am perfectly happy going and just having the salad bar and my croutons :) Oh, and on a side note, their chairs are larger than other restaurant chairs. They are cushony and very, very comfortable.

In the past, I was never a fan of Ruby Tuesday. It used to be dark and boring with mundane food and cost more than the average restaurant. Maybe not by much, but it made a difference. I came here recently and saw a few changes that I enjoyed. They seem to have remodeled a few things and brightened up the interior a bit. The chairs are more comfortable and the items are fresher at the salad bar. The menu is better in my opinion. More options and the salad bar is included if you get one of the featured entrees. In all honesty, I come to Ruby Tuesday for their salad bar. Their salmon isn’t bad and the fish tacos are pretty tasty. I’m able to get a side of seasonal vegetables without salt or seasonings, which is a plus for me. Given it’s nothing fancy, a chain restaurant serving your typical American fare, it’s a solid place to grab dinner with decent food.

For the life of me, I don’t know why people eat here. The food isn’t going to make you sick or anything, but if you’re really hungry, there are tons of restaurants surrounding this one, all of them with better food. I’ve long wondered what the cuisine of «Ruby Tuesday’s» is. The best I can figure is that it is the lowest common denominator of American dishes, the easiest, blandest, least likely to offend. No thanks!
