I was lucky enough to discover Noreen Shazia through a friend ten years ago and have been going to her regularly, at least once a month and sometimes more, primarily for waxing and threading. Her shape for eyebrows with threading is perfect. She makes her own wax, which is all natural and can be easily washed off with water. It’s cleaner and faster than other waxes you get at the store or at other salons. She is very attentive to detail and goes out of her way to do what is right for you, always spending extra time and care. I have also liked her facials and haircuts. I very highly recommend her. If I have to move from Rochester, I will be in trouble!

I’ve been coming to Noreen for almost 10 years now! I’m from NYC and found threading there. I wanted to know if anyone did it up here, but no luck. One day I saw some ladies with perfect eyebrows and knew it was because of threading so I asked and found Noreen! She’s been great, very kind and professional and I wouldn’t recommend anyone other than her!

Best place to get your eyebrows done, It should be a crime to look this good. Shazia has natural talent in her hand that no other beautician has in Rochester. The craftsmanship of my eyebrows after she works her magic is flawless! I would recommend this to anybody who wants perfect eyebrows.

My eyebrows haven’t looked this good ever!!! I’m going to Noreen now always. Conveniently located 3 miles from my downtown apartment. Also, her prices are the best I’ve seen anywhere. She’s been doing this for over 28 years and you can definitely tell because she did an amazing job. So happy to have found her I highly recommend her to anyone who wants quality work and a great deal!

I have been going to Noreen for over 12 yrs now and she is really great!!! I do everything from threading, waxing, facials and haircuts there and have always been satisfied with the results every time. I hope and pray neither of us moves out of Rochester… I would really be lost without her!
I highly recommended her.
