New England Pizza

Prices are a little high compared to most pizza places in town, but I will say this, they have THE best meat lovers pizza of them all!

I am originally from Somersworth New Hampshire but visit my family from West Palm Beach FL twice a year … My dad took my boyfriend and I to this place, raving about it and … WOW !! probably have to say this was the best pizza I’ve ever had … Dad loved his sub too… Keep up the good work!

This place is so so. I usually get a Greek chicken salad and its always decent. Not amazing sometimes the lettuce is a little brown but good enough. They are a little bit pricy. $ 9 is a lot to pay for a salad with grilled chicken that is mostly iceberg lettuce. The pizza is just ok. Not my first choice.

I have ordered from here a number of times, I dont know why I keep ordering because the food is awful, every single time, calzones, subs, pizza, salad everything is terrible. The people on the phone are rude as well. Kendall Pond is amazing and I had heard that this was a branch off of KP so i was surprised at how disgusting there food is, then someone told me that its a completely different owner. Makes sense now. Over priced garbage food.

Just ordered 2 subs and a Greek salad. We ordered 2 steak and cheese subs, I’d call it a steak fat sub. Half the sub was steak fat and the sub was skimpy with barley any cheese. Working the evening shift I’ve ordered a couple times about 30 min before closing. The employees either never pick up or refuse to deliver. I find 90% of the staff to be unpleasant I’ve spoken with. Only reason I didn’t give a 1 star is because there salads are decent.

Working until 6 at night on a Friday and coming home starving– I decided to place an online order. I ordered the antipasto salad, my son got the chef salad, my husband got the Italian sub and my littlest son got chicken fingers. The online ordering process was easy enough– placed my order, paid and began the wait. After about an hour I gave the place a call because you never know– maybe a computer glitch. They confirmed my order and said they were really busy and would be at my house eventually. Finally another hour later they showed up. My son enjoyed his chef salad (lettuce, some cut up onion, pepper and turkey ham and cheese rolled up) my husband enjoyed the Italian sub, however they forgot my other sons chicken fingers. The guy said he would be back as fast as possible but he was backed up and couldn’t promise a time. You try explaining that to a 7 year old. My salad was terrible. It was supposed to have cappicola, hard & soft salami, ham and cheese on lettuce, onion, peppers. The salad did not have cappicola or hard salami. Huge disappointment. The soft salami was salty and oily. Finally another hour later and the chicken fingers arrived. I probably will not order from them again. There food is lackluster and not worth the wait.

I wish there were a way to give less than one star. My girlfriend worked at this restaurant, and I have heard HORROR stories. (Bugs, old meat, dropping food on the floor etc.) The last straw was when I received a cheeseburger plate that had CLEARLY been spit in. It REEKED of mint gum, and there was a big gob in between the 2 patties. I was assured the guilty party would be fired multiple times, they were not. The owner Jay, could not care less that his employees are so disgusting and unhygienic. It’s a disgusting establishment with abhorrent standards of cleanliness. I suggest boycotting this restaurant.

The subs are good, the pizza is good. The delivery time is average. Unfriendly owner and staff.

My husband swears by their chicken parmesan sub, and he’s a repeat customer whenever we’re visiting Rochester. I’ve only been here once and had the seafood sub. It was delicious and hit the spot!
This is definitely a very quick grab-​and-​go type of place.

Very dissatisfied! The BBQ chicken pizza was soggy and seemed undercooked. There were tomatoes and bacon on it which overloaded it causing it to fall apart. Only got 5 wings for 6.50 which were soggy and barely any meat on them. Not ordering from here again! I’m marking this as 4 dollar signs because for a larg pizza and 5 crappy wings, this was a rediculous price! We should have had OUTSTANDING pizza and wings for the price we paid.

This is our go-​to pizza place. My husband loves the chicken parm calzone!

Their spinach/​feta/​ricotta calzone is to die for! Hubby loves the chicken alfredo calzone. Ordering online is a breeze too!

The first time we ordered the food here, we did so over the phone. We had just moved to town and hadn’t purchased groceries yet. The person who took my order was very friendly and helpful. The calzones were very good and the salad was average.
After picking the food up, my husband suggested we try the subs the next day. We ordered on-​line and were very pleased with the process and how specific you could be in ordering your condiments, toppings, special requests. You can even check the status of your order. The subs were GREAT! I had a tuna toasted with cheese, extra pickle (they got every specificity correct) and my husband got a turkey sub. The bread was far superior to anything we could get at any sub shop where we used to live in MI and is far better than any chain like Quiznos, Subway, etc…
And, it is reasonably priced as well.

I love their roast beef subs. Even more than the pizzas
