MINI of Rochester

I purchased my first MINI in April 2015. Always wanted a MINI. What a unique and fun experience working with Allan Lesser at MINI of Rochester. I had no idea buying a car could be fun, upbeat and exciting. I am a car guy and the crew at MINI sales all seem to love cars but especially MINIs. I noticed that they all drive MINIs for their personal use and some have multiple MINIs in one household. The personal attention and no haggle pricing was a pleasure. We ordered our own unique combination of options and colors and waited anxiously for the delivery. Allan helped us with every step in determining the best features and options for our personal desires and needs and offered a great finance plan. We did multiple test drives with different family members and it felt like an outing to a friends playground of MINIs to try out. Who does that in the car business today? No pressure here. Just get into the MINI thing and motor as they say at MINI because it is a «Thing». We even got emails from Allan with updates about every step of the journey from the order to the car to being on the assembly line today, now in the paint room and then on the ship to the terminal in NJ and finally arriving in Rochester. It was the most unique customer experience I have had and I am into that differential when I am considering a big investment like a car. We love our new MINI S 5 door. We get lots of looks since all MINIs are unique. Hard to find two exactly the same on the road. Thanks to Allan Lesser and the team at MOR for making our car buying experience such a fun and personalized event!

I Just bought a 2015 Mini Cooper from Ashley Lanning and she made my experience very pleasant. I even went back because I was unsure of the particular model I wanted because there were tons of other options. She even took me on several test drives to make sure it was the one I wanted and explained to me everything needed to know about these cars, Ashley really bent over backwards for me, and for putting up with me she should be given a trophy! I will never buy elsewhere again. Hopefully Ashley will be there in the future for my next purchase. Also wanna say that Steve in service was also a great help!

Mini of Rochester provided me with excellent customer service when I was in the market for a new vehicle. The salesperson (Ed Cain) and manager were both extremely helpful and went out of there way to make it as easy as possible without trying to pressure me in any way. It was definitely not the typical car-​buying experience.
Every time that I have been back the service department (Carl) has continued the excellent customer service experience. I highly recommend them for anyone that is thinking about getting a new vehicle.

I recently bought a new 2012 Mini Cooper S Countryman. Mike Hostutler is the best Motoring Advisor! He made the car buying experience great from start to finish. My experience at Mini of Rochester was a little different then most, I traded in 2 cars for 1 and that made things a little tricky but Mike handled everything with no trouble at all! He showed me everything about my new car and went above and beyond in every aspect of the deal. I will definitely be buying another car from him in the future!
