I was looking for a professional printing lab and decided to try Lumiere based on their well-​organized webpage and the variety of quality papers that they offer. I requested my first proof order on different types of paper in order to choose the one that worked better for my photos and was amazed by the results. The level of detail was simply impeccable and my photos looked more like paintings. But the thing that I appreciate the most about Lumiere is the personalized service that I always receive. Bill and his staff have been extremely helpful not only as to printing but also as to other photo related matters. I feel fortunate to have found such quality printing and recommend Lumiere to anyone looking for a great printing service.

Our business has used Lumiere for all of the printing and framing throughout the office. It is amazing how frequently patients point out how much they enjoy the photography and artwork. Bill helped us pick out prints to make our office unique and standout while the employees have always gone out of their way to make us feel like their top priority. We have also used Lumiere’s service to print handouts which included photographs for meetings and they were of great clarity and quality.

Thank you for the gentle reminder, Pat. Yes, Pat C. was a real stand-​up guy, apologized for the situation that occurred (see original review from 8÷28÷2014) and redid the framing correctly. I was only charged for the work done correctly. Pat did a wonderful job, as did Beth, who did the prints.
That being said, I feel that I need to avoid that manager when I go to Lumiere and never heard a peep from her. I still feel that her behavior was outrageous and completely inappropriate. Perhaps I should take off more than one star for her, but I have been going to Lumiere for many years and never had a complaint like this before (she was fairly new on the job at the time of the incident last August).

Got several emails from Beth King about photos I upload through their site. Although they couldn’t help me with what I was looking for, Beth was extremely helpful and very hasty with her responses. Will absolutely go through them next time I need larger prints made.

Used to use these guys for getting all of my framing materials. I’ve since moved to Texas and now am in California. Haven’t been able to find another place that is cheaper with as much stock. Pros!

Superb! Needed to find a local resource for printing & framing a piece for the Shoe Factory Art Co-Op’s «Clouds In My Coffee» at Starry Nights. The staff of Lumiere guided me through the process and expedited my print job. I’ve received numerous compliments on the result.
