Found my new favorite nail salon! Their prices are reasonable and the staff is great! Anita did my nails and she was marvelous. She made sure I was completely satisfied with the shape and color of my nails before she finished them. I could not get over how friendly the staff was from when I called to make an appointment to when I left. I highly recommend them.

Went here for the first time and got my eyebrows waxed. They were super thing and over plucked and the previous wax was terrible. This woman was super friendly and gentle. She told me what I should and shouldn’t do to them and how to make them better. She waxed, trimmed and even filled them in. They look amazing and I will return

I just went there yesterday, on a Sunday. I waited a very short time while they got through each person ahead of me. Every person looked very satisfied. I was uncertain about what I wanted to do which can be annoying to a nail tech. Anita helped me with my decision by asking me questions about what I wanted the end result to do and look like. All said and done, I am thrilled! I got a pink/​white new set and to look at them you wouldn’t even know they are new. Most times a new set will look awkward, these do not! I will definitely go back and I’m going to tell anyone I know to do the same! Ask for Anita but they do have a number of qualified nail techs.

I’m going back for my first fill today! I’ve had my nails done at many different places over the years and they do the best job in Rochester I’ve found. They have super friendly staff that all speak English well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my nails done! Very reasonable prices too

Love this place. Really upset that I’m having to move and find some place new. They speak fluid English — communication is not a problem. They make you feel like you have been there 10 years. Relaxing and comfortable. And they will tell you when you don’t need a service without getting too pushy. They will just tell you stright-​up «You don’t need a full pedicure, just a little foot scrub and some new polish!» (Which will save you a good bit of $$, btw). They really value their customers.
