I’ve tried going to this piercing studio twice-​once to get my nose pierced and once to purchase body jewelry. The first time I went was on a Friday night. They are supposed to be open until 8pm but were closed around 6pm for no good reason. Then I tried to go back today, a Thursday in which they are supposed to be open until 7pm and they were closed by 5pm. I don’t understand how this place stays in business or makes money if they are never open and do not follow a schedule! I have heard good things about the studio but it’s very frustrating when you go during normal business hours (especially after work) and they are never open! It appears as though the owner doesn’t really like to make money or something.

he was a very nice guy. said he would fit in three of my friends’ nose piercings if we got there in time and he did. was really funny, definitely knows his stuff. puts you at ease and knows how it feels to be a poor college student so he helped us save money!

This place is awesome — great selection, very clean, and most importantly a competent piercer that knows what he is doing. John is great and is a really genuine person. I used to do piercings and he’s the only one I trust to do piercings safely and with the well-​being of the individual in mind.

This is by far my favorite piercing studio in Rochester, I tried going elsewhere and it just wasn’t the same so I just keep coming back. The owner is incredibly professional and makes the experience very easy. Not to mention his dog is adorable. There is also a fantastic selection of jewelry to choose from as well as aftercare products, it’s nice to have everything in one place.
