Get It Straight Orthodontics

Let me start by saying we were initially pleased with our service at Get it Straight. They worked with us on the bill and are very friendly. That being said we had an incident where my older son needed some adjustments. Although we were told the Greece office would be open 3 days a week it was not. We were also told that rubber bands were suppose to be in a box outside the office but the size my son needed was not there. My wife posted a comment about this on the Get it Straight FB page. 2 months later my wife received a call from the office demanding that she remove her comment. The tone was less than friendly. Apparently they seem to have trouble accepting criticism. If they really wanted the comment removed they could do it themselves, it’s their page. Sorry get it Straight but you shouldn’t harass your clients about negative comments, accept the criticism and move on.

Kudos to Dr Giangreco and his team. As I’ve often said, they are literally second to none!
I have seen my family enjoy the success of his superb orthodontic work, both for esthetic and functional improvements.
Now I better appreciate the versatility Dr Giangreco provides every day, though. I was evaluated for sleep apnea with his I-​Cat machine. An accurate diagnosis was made and a corrective appliance is being fabricated.

BEST Orthodontist in Rochester area!!! Don’t be fooled by others. If you want your ortho done right, come here! They use the latest technology to move teeth faster and more comfortably. Typical treatment time is 18 months verses a few YEARS at other places. I had braces as a kid and had to have them redone as an adult because they were not done correctly when I was younger. Bonus, Get It Straight specializes in adult orthodontics. The office is BEAUTIFUL! The staff is amazing! Can’t say enough good things about them! Consultations are free so what do you have to lose? Go see them!
