I took my watch there to change the battery, the service was professional and fast, however, it did cost me $ 40, which i regretted afterward, the labor only took 2 minutes, definitelly didn’t worth $ 40.

This place is amazing. The owner Beth is incredibly nice and professional. Every time I need something fixed I go to them. When other jewelers tell me they can’t Beth always comes through. Their jeweler is also extremely professional and talented. Each piece they have worked on has come out looking beautiful. My wife and I couldn’t be happier. Not to mention the 5 phones they have fixed the screens on for us. I send all my friends and family in their direction, and there is a reason for that. Keep up the great work Fast Fix! See you soon I am sure.

I have absolutely NO idea how this place generates positive reviews! My experience was atrocious at best.
After seeing 5-​star reviews on both Google and Unilocal,I took my husband’s vintage watch to have the glass covering the faceplate replaced. They said they would be able to accommodate that and said it would be ready in a week. Time got away from us, so when we returned 2 weeks later to pick it up, we discovered not only had they failed to replace the cracked glass, but they had also broken the secondhand off the watch!
They claimed they weren’t able to locate glass — or even plastic — that fit, but never called to explain they could not repair it. Totally unprofessional! They were completely blasé about damaging it further, and offered no excuse for how or why it could have happened.
I would absolutely never recommend this establishment, nor would I ever return.

My antique engagement ring had a loose stone. I went to 3 different jewelers that each would have to had sent it out and it’d be gone more than a week, etc. One of them recommended Fast-​Fix. I walked in yesterday and was met with friendly and professional staff. I had my ring back within the hour. They fixed the stone and polished it for me. And I don’t know why cleaning it there was so much better than other places… But my ring looks even more beautiful than the day we bought it. They were fantastic.
