This warm weather has me wishing for spring sooner rather than later. Let’s hope I can enjoy a picnic at our nearby neighborhood park in a few short weeks.
This park is great if you need more space to hang out if you don’t have much of a lawn. They have tennis and basketball courts. They aren’t in the best condition, but doable for an afternoon pick up game. There are picnic tables and grills too. Plus, a field for kickball/​baseball, just don’t score a home run. You’ll lose your ball to the barricaded RG&E danger zone right next to the park.
I’m looking forward to playing a few tennis games here over the summer and love that it’s walking distance from our place.
