When my car battery needed replacing and another unnamed towing company strung me along for four days, Excel stepped in and TOTALLY saved the day. Not only did they show up quickly on very short notice (they were at my apartment within an hour), but they were extremely professional, friendly, and they even let me wait in my apartment while they installed the replacement. The price was very fair; I’d even say on the cheap side for the level of service provided. If Excel hadn’t stepped in, I definitely would have been without a car for another day.
I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quick, friendly, dependable service at a very reasonable price.

I used a coupon here: NYS inspection for $ 10. Big, busy garage… I waited while they did it.
The manager Barb was very professional dealing with people bringing in their smashed up cars and others calling on the phone wanting a diagnosis over the phone. I hate anything to do with cars and would not hesitate doing business here from what I could tell
