The crew just left, they were careful, nice pace, listened to requests, and windows look great that had not been washed in 5 years. Only suggestion is they clean sills and tracks a bit better. Price was amazing and they stuck to the original quote. Highly recommend them.

Nope. We’ve used them multiple times, but we’re done with them now.
1. The workers left the house with 4 windows unable to be closed due to having messed up the sliding mechanism.
2. Cleared the gutters but left the outside of the gutters smeared with dirt from their hands. Obvious debris still in gutters and they didn’t run water through them to clean and make sure the downspouts were clear, even though a hose was readily available. Basically just scooped out what they could easily reach. Come on, folks, this is basic stuff.
3. Badly scratched a hardwood floor in our kitchen when for some inexplicable reason they moved a heavy kitchen table (no idea why, they could clean the windows without moving it).
4. «Cleaning screens» no longer involves removing, soaping, and hosing them down as they once did. Now they «wipe them with a damp cloth»…seemingly from one side only (the inside?!) and I have several second floor screens that weren’t touched and still have bird droppings crusted on them. Yet they charged us.
Pleasant enough people, but careless and sloppy as well as leaving a string of damage and a mess behind.

I definitely recommend Everclear Window Cleaning. This company was recommended by two co-​workers of mine. Brandon, the owner, and his assistant were punctual and very conscious of the work they did. The windows inside and out plus the screens were super clean. They also did our library glass doors and they cleaned our rain gutters! The price for the work was surprisingly reasonable and the quality of the work superb.
My husband who is very picky with details was thoroughly impressed with their work plus he is always very cautious about having contractors inside our house but he felt comfortable with them after chatting with Brandon. This is really important that you can trust the workers because these guys go into every room of your house that has windows.
I also found out that Brandon does commercial building retrofitting of energy efficient LED lighting.
