Dan is great guy, most real estate guys will show you a few places and move on. Dan showed us several houses in different parts of the city. I remember when I first met with Dan he asked me what type of houses I liked, I said I was impartial. Dan was able to pick up a trend of the types of houses I liked. Apparently I do have a certain type of style house I like! He was patient with me throughout the whole process which was key because this was my first home purchase. My best advice with working with Dan is layout how much you have to spend, what types of houses you like and he will take it from there. Dan is a true community guy that is involved as I first met him in Brighton during a community rummage sale day. Very impressed and glad I met Dan.
