Went here for lunch today with my mom… I got a cheesesteak panini and it was pretty good! It was actually a little better than what I was expecting… It was packed with roast beef and had a perfect veggie to meat to cheese ratio. It’s a good portion for the price I suppose, could be a little less considering it doesn’t come with chips or a drink. The cookies are twenty cents if they are a day old… Would skip them next time because they were hard. Woman who works there(possibly owner?) was very personable and nice!

This is one of my favorite places on Park Ave, and not enough people know about it. I rave about their cookies(the chocolate chunk is my personal favorite) and everyone always asks me «where is Classy Cookie?» Well — its right past the intersection of Meigs and Park and it is easy to walk by and not notice. It is also a deli and they have great sandwiches as well. I love the Buffalo Chicken Panini and highly recommend it if you love a good Buffalo Chicken. The service is always incredibly fast so if you are dropping in during lunch you can be in and out quickly. They have great holiday packages for all the different holidays, great old fashioned sugar cookies, and they also do bag lunches. A lot of little businesses have come and gone off of Park ave since I have lived up here and this Deli is a mainstay(even before I lived here I would stop in from time to time.

Best Lil Hole-In-The-Wall Bakery/Deli so far! Okay, have you ever been craving a cookie? I mean literally you are one step from attempting to bake it yourself because you can’t seem to find the right taste in any of your standby bakeries? I just wanted an old fashioned sugar cookie, you know the ones you cut into holiday shapes, put icing on and maybe a few sprinkles… right! After trying all the cookies I could without tossing a few, I began to feel like that chick«Goldilocks»… This one’s to flaky, this one’s too hard, this one’s way soft, this one is cake… lol. Came across the Classy Cookie & Deli… ehhh. I’ll bite. Honestly I just went in for a cookie, which was excellent!!! Not only did I come out with cut out sugar cookies(heart shaped its almost love day). I also got the Russian Butter Tea cookies, and something I never thought I would find again, Waldorf Salad… OMG! So simple to make but so hard to get right! I couldn’t believe it, I’m hooked. I can’t believe that there are only three reviews for this place… ITROCKS!

Found this little cookie shop during the Park Ave Fest. We walked into a storefront with a menu and ordered paninis and cookies. The paninis were fresh and delicious. I ordered the quesadilla panini and it was filled with chicken peppers and onions. It was all wrapped up so it wasn’t messy. My friend ordered the turkey feta panini, which was also very good. On to dessert, 6 cookies for $ 3.50. They have a very wide variety of cookies to choose from. The sugar cookie with the buttercream frosting was so good. My mouth was watering so much. I wish they would move closer to the downtown area or open another store in the heart of downtown. I would go there every day for lunch if they were closer to where I work. Highly recommended for lunch and a cookie treat!

This is a new personal favorite. Within a comfortable strolling distance from the downtown-Alexander street business district, this cozy little shop has quaint service, and delicious food. I got a turkey panini that was on special, and it was warm, gooey, savory, and not too pricey. The sitting room is pretty tight, but the food more than makes up for it. Their selection of fresh cookies isn’t something to bawk at either. Everyone should try Classy Cookie & Delicatessen at least once when in Rochester.

Surprised I’m the 1st to review this cute lil sandwich shop; seems like its been around for awhile. As far as cute lil sandwich shops go(seems like there are a few here in Roc), this has been my favorite so far. I ordered one of their lunch boxes along with some cookies and everything tasted great. For those that like to think outside the boxes, you can order sandwiches individually with whatever fixins you like. 4 of my stars go to the lunch box, but the 5th goes to the cookies. They have a wide selection and the ones I ordered were fresh, tasty, homemade goodness. This place would definitely fall under the low frills categories. Foodie snobs may be a little underimpressed. Heck if I really wanted to I probably could have made a comparable sandwich making a trip to Tops and buying the ingredients myself. But that’s besides the point; the customer service was great, friendly cashier, and I was in and out quickly. So, yeah. I’m a fan
